Third day of 'Ujaas 2015' witnesses fashion show by students

The third day of Anand Vihar College for Women”s annual fest “Ujaas 2015” was all about the bridal culture of the country. The attraction of the day was the highly unique fashion show. The show was organised under the annual function Ujaas and the participants displayed their inimitable talent before the audiences. The students designed the dresses too and also presented their creativity on the ramp.

Here on Wednesday, the Bridal Fashion Show was organized at Anand Vihar College for Women where the students enthusiastically showcased the bright and fizzy shades of bridal dresses.

The students with much confidence walked over the ramp and displayed the wedding culture and traditions of the country. From Punjabi bride to Marathi and from Hindu bride to Muslim students showcased the beauty of all traditions walking over the ramp.

The students wore colourful costumes. The different look in traditional lehngas, saris, wedding gowns and salwar suit the students showcased them all with much confidence on the ramp. The fashion show was held into various rounds according to which the judges selected the finalists.

Then the finalists gave a performance according to which the best one was selected. It was an enthralling experience for the judges as well as the participants and the audience.

The highly decorated backdrop and the colourful costumes worn by the participants added an extra effect to their performances as they walked over the ramp maintaining their zest.

The annual function was divided into various segments where the participants showcased the performances before the audiences leaving them mesmerised.
