'There is credibility gap between words, deeds of Chouhan'

Senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders know their party’s situation in Madhya Pradesh, while State Cabinet believes they have a stronghold over the State said State Congress President and MP Kantilal Bhuria here on Tuesday.

Bhuria gave the statement after BJP former State Organisational Secretary Kaptan Singh Solanki in an interview said that citizens are against BJP in State.

Bhuria further said that like BJP former State Vice President Raghunandan Sharma, who called Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan ‘Ghoshnaveer’, Solanki is also a man of words. The statement will be very useful in exposing the false reputation of Chouhan being popular in State.

Meanwhile in another statement, Bhuria said that there is credibility gap between words and deeds of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. Chouhan is being working as Chief Minister of State for over seven years still the citizens have not been able to understand his nature. Bhuria further said that to prevent child marriages in the State then State Government of Congress party amended the State services recruitment rules and made candidates married in childhood ineligible for State Government jobs. The motive behind such changes was to make the movement against child marriage successful in the State. He further said that but to lure voters in the upcoming State Assembly elections, Chouhan led cabinet approved re-changing in the amendments of rules for eligibility.

Now candidates married in childhood will also be eligible for child marriages. This decision of State Government has adversely affected the movement against childhood.

Bhuria said that by the time Chouhan understood the mistake he and his cabinet had made it was too late to make any amendments in the faulty decision.

To compensate his mistake Chouhan wrote letters to ministers and MlAs and asked them to work for making State child marriage free.
