To learn about theatres and brush the theatrical skills, the youngsters are trying hard to get acquainted with this art more perfectly.
A theatre workshop is being organised for the youngsters who want to create a niche for themselves in theatre industry or to learn the skills of stage performance or to even brush up their theatrical skills. The workshop is being conducted at Kalibadi.
The acting workshop is being jointly organised by Malvika Soiety for Art and The Rising Society of Art and Culture (RISAC) Bhopal. The aspirants are not only learning the forms of theatre but the workshop also stresses upon poetry and music in theatres.
From implementing the strong poetic feel in basic acting exercises to strengthen their acting foundation everything is a part of the workshop. This is not all, but the workshop also trains the aspirants into other jobs apart from being an actor like the back stage craft and the director’s works as well.
The theatre is a huge platform of expressions, so the aspirants are also being informed about the verbal and non verbal theatre as well. This training programme would further train the students to free them from self consciousness and strengthen their concentration through sensory exercises.
The participants are given assignments to apply in their theatrical personality and performances.
How to use the props and properties, speech therapy, improvisation of stories, body movements, facial expression with dialogue, footwork on music along with other experimental exercises are being taught by noted theatre personalities of the city.
