Leader of Opposition in Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly and veteran Congress leader Govind Singh has made a big charge on the state government on Saturday. Describing the Shivraj government as a scam government, Govind Singh said that after Vyapam, another scam is picking up steam in the state. He was referring to the mushrooming nursing colleges in the state.

Leader of the Opposition Dr. Govind Singh made many allegations against the Shivraj government in the press conference on Saturday in the State Congress office. He said that ever since the Shivraj government came, scams are increasing. Another scam like Vyapam has happened in the state. This time a nursing college scam has happened. Nursing colleges have opened in the state like a mushroom.

Dr. Govind Singh, the leader of Kamal Nath government said that when our colleague approached the court in this matter, the court got the inquiry done. In this investigation, many nursing colleges were found to be non-standard.

Leader of Opposition in the Assembly Govind Singh said that there are only 50 nursing colleges that fully meet the standards. He said that Chief Minister should issue a white paper in this regard and whoever is involved in this scam should get an FIR registered against them. He said that the Chief Minister was also aware of the illegal nursing colleges running in the state.

Dr. Govind Singh said that the Chief Minister should take action in this matter, otherwise Congress will raise the matter in the Vidhan Sabha. The Leader of Opposition alleged that why action is not being taken against Medical Education Minister Vishwas Sarang. Why is ED or CBI not investigating this?

State Congress media in-charge KK Mishra was also present in the press conference along with Govind Singh. Mishra also raised the question that if ministers can go to jail in Vyapam or FIR can be registered against the then governor, then attention should also be paid to Medical Education Minister Vishwas Sarang. Mishra said when institutions like CBI-ED themselves can take cognizance, why it is not being followed in this case.
