Poor response to  BJP’s Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi’s election rally in Bhopal on Monday, has made the BJP panicky, more so as the State happens to be the home turf of the BJP.

Apparently taken aback by tepid response to Modi’s rally in Bhopal, the party leadership in Madhya Pradesh has started working on war-footing to make Modi’s rally in Indore, slated for November 22, as a grand success.

In order to make Modi’s election meeting in Indore a huge success, the local party leaders have been asked to intensify campaign for Modi’s rally in Indore in all the assembly constituencies of the district. In this regard, a vehicle has especially been arranged to appeal voters in all the assembly constituencies of Indore to take part in proposed rally of Narendra Modi.

Besides all the BJP candidates have been asked to distribute pamphlets of proposed Modi’s election meeting  in Indore at Dussehara Maidan during the course of their election campaign in their respective constituencies, in addition to appealing voters in person urging them to take part in Modi’s election meeting.

Indore City BJP president Shankar lalwani, unperturbed over lukewarm response to Modi’s election rally in Bhopal, claimed that his Indore meeting would be a great success with not an inch of the space would remain. He said for the convenience of people, six large size lED screens would be installed at various places in addition to a big lED screen on the back of the dais  for the convenience of people so as to enable them to see Modi from various angles.

In order to avoid any untoward incident, elaborate security arrangements are being made to provide full-proof security to Modi. Extraordinary security measure are being taken on the rally venue in the city, more so after unfortunate bomb explosions during Modi’s rally in Patna sometime back, said a senior police official here while talking to this newspaper.
