The television star Shefali Sharma will be seen in a totally new avatar wearing the gorgeous sarees especially designed by Mandira Bedi. Sony Entertainment Television's Tum Aise Hi Rehna saw the lead pair, Abhimanyu and Ria finally tie the knot after much convincing and parental opposition.
The character of Ria essayed by the beautiful Shefali Sharma was seen entering holy matrimony in a traditional Marwari wedding. As per the sequence, post her wedding, her mother-in-law presents her with four beautiful sarees which will be worn by the new bride. These sarees were designed by none other than the actor-turned- designer Mandira Bedi.
Interestingly, the sarees were part of Mandira Bedi Design's latest collection. Traditional yet modern in bright hues like pink, blue and golden, Shefali looked completely a beautiful and ravishing new bride as Ria. Ria, who was usually seen wearing suits in the TV show, will now don designer saris and Shefali is excited to flaunt the look.
While sharing her excitement on wearing sarees designed by Mandira, Shefali said, "I am thrilled to wear the sarees from Mandira Bedi's collection. The sarees are a perfect combination of beauty and tradition with a modern touch to it. The work on each of the sarees is exquisite and the colours make them stand out. I am sure or fans will love the look."
Notably, Shefali has earlier portrayed the character of Bani and was much appreciated. Now she is seen into a totally different character and role.
