The first public limited BPO company of Madhya Pradesh Surevin BPO Services ltd working for around 15 years in the outsourcing business, is coming out with its IPO on July 28.
Founder member and managing Director of the Company Abhishek Gupta, while talking to media persons here on Tuesday said that the IPO would remain open till August 1.
“The IPOs would be available in the price band of Rs 38-40 per share and in the lot of 3,000 shares,” he said, adding that with the inclination of the investors, this IPO would be a better subscribe.
Gupta said that BPO Services ltd started its journey in business as first private Internet service provider. With the efforts and hard work by the Board of Directors, the Company progressed and never looked back, he informed.
He further said that for past 15 years, his Company has provided services to Telecom companies like BSNl, Idea, Reliance, Jio, Airtel, Tatadocomo and Videocon in Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Delhi, Mumbai, Chhattisgarh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Punjab and other States.
