Kartikeya was here in Bhopal on Tuesday for the promotional activity of India’s Best Dramebaaz season-3. Zee TV is all set to begin its countrywide search for the 16 brightest, spunkiest, mischievous and talented kids from across the country and Bhopal auditions will be held on April 27 at Kopal School.
While talking to the media persons, Kartikeya said, “I would only suggest the Bhopal kids to appear for the auditions with confidence and with full on preparation of two or three acts. They should impress the judges and put on their full energy to do that.”
Karikeya hails from Itarsi. Further, to encourage the talented kids of Bhopal to come and audition, he said, “India’s Best Dramebaaz is the biggest and in fact, the only platform on Indian television for talented children to showcase their acting skills.”
“This show has given me so much. It taught me the real meaning of acting and made me understand the finer nuances of appearing effortless and natural while performing that makes you a well-rounded actor.”
The talent hunt show will put children in the age range of 5-13 years through a series of tasks and challenges. The short-listed contestants will undergo comprehensive workshops. The best of the lot will win an opportunity to present acts at the mega auditions in Mumbai.
It is to be noted that Kartikeya also grabbed appreciation from television audience with his appearance in mythological show Shani. Even at India’s Best Dramebaaz he was titled as ‘Mytho King’ by Sajid Khan.About his future plans, he said, “Currently I am focusing on my studies as I am in class 10 and then I will continue to pursue my dreams in acting.” There are few projects in the pipeline, he added. He signed off saying, “Parents should not force their children instead should help them pursue their dreams.”
