The entertainment channel Zee TV is all set to launch another family drama showcasing unique bond between man and animal in a new scenario and how they triumph over the trials and tribulations as a family.
Focusing upon the bonds in relationships, ‘Bandhan- Saari Umar Humein Sang Rehna Hai’ is an upcoming daily soap to woo the television lovers. Sudesh Berry who plays an important role in the daily soap was here in the city here on Thursday for promotion as well as to inform people about the serial and its distinction from other television serials.
Produced by Swastik Productions, it is a heartwarming story of a very tender relationship between Darpan and her family set in the Dalma jungle. Always longing for a little brother, Darpan’s dream comes true in the unexpected way and what follows is a journey of love and struggle in the big world.
Sudesh Berry will be seen rendering yet another power packed performance as Vishwas Rao, who is the undisputed king of poaching in his area. While talking to the media persons about his character, Sudesh says, “Vishwas Rao is completely unpredictable by nature, his character will keep the audiences on the edge of their seats with his behavior that swings from kind and jovial to harsh and extreme; While on one side, he shows love and warmth towards kids, the very next moment he can be seen smashing his enemies’ heads. Vishwas Rao is the personification of evil in the show as he just wants to attain extreme power.”
Sudesh Berry says “My character is so gripping and powerful that I could not say a ‘no’ when I heard the narration. The range of emotions I have to portray as an unpredictable Vishwas Rao is really interesting and challenging and I thoroughly enjoyed shooting for the same. Hope the audience showers us with the same love and adulation for our new show.” Bandhan will go on air in September on Zee TV.
Berry has been working on small screen for a number of years after he became famous with his serials on Doordarshan.
