To sync the class room learning with real life lessons the students of Billabong High – Bhopal went to an educational tour to the Madai Wildlife Forest Reserve.
Notably, during the three days tour exposed the young minds to practical learning. Each student explored nature; during in Wild life Safari, in the dense forest of the Satpura Range. It enabled students to respect and celebrate the diversity of our planet and they were awed by nature at its best.
The inquisitive young minds got an opportunity to visit the Silk Farm where the saw the ‘Cocoon’ in its pupa stage. The Intake Well highlighted the technique that could be used to channel the water for irrigational purpose. Through this expedition, they also learned about the connection between the nature and human kind.
The students also indulged in a host of activities like physical exercise and Yoga, Paper King and Queen where they used paper to be design their royal costumes, Instant Story Building, Just a Minute, Role-play, Bon-fire and many more. The students along with gaining knowledge, enjoyed a lot as they experienced the wild safari and living with nature. The students were accompanied by school faculty.
