Bisen was addressing an event organized at University here on Wednesday. He directly interacted with the students and listened to their problems and demands. The event was organized by All India Agricultural Students Association (AIASA).
The event began traditionally with lighting of the lamp. later the members of AIASA welcomed Vice Chancellor of the University Pradeep Kumar Bisen. In the introductory speech, the students of AIASA appreciated the works done by VC Pradeep Kumar Bisen for student’s skill upgrade and in the field of agricultural studies.
later, the students told Bisen about their demands and problems in a direct interaction with PK Bisen. He said that the problems like lighting of university, beautification, security, naming of the hostels, canteen cleaning and naming of the university’s guest houses are being looked into.
He said that in fact the work in this direction has already been started. He further said that students should have affectionate love and affection for the teachers and the University. Besides, they should study with dedication because the students receiving agricultural education and initiation play important responsibilities in the development of the nation.
later, the students also promised their teacher that they will give their full support in the developing works of the university like cleanliness, 75% attendance and will always keep a positive approach towards the university. Appreciating the event, VC Bisen said that similar events should be organized often.On the occasion, Faculty of Agriculture PK Mishra, Registrar Ashok Kumar Ingle and other faculty members were present.
