Student converts PC into touch-screens

A student of Class IX in the district has developed a technique of converting normal computer screens into touch-screen at a miniscule cost. Yash Kurchania, son of a farmer Satyanarayan Kurchania and resident of Englishpura locality, has developed this technique in a small span of one month and at an expense of merely Rs 2000.

The young student was fascinated by idea of owning a touch-screen computer. Nearly a month ago, he thought that he should make one such computer on his own instead of shelling large sum of his father’s hard earned money. Yash searched the internet extensively to get hold of the technology to develop a touch screen computer. However, he failed to come across such information. Not giving up in his pursuit, he developed a software code for operating touch-screen using Windows. The hardware for this novel technology has been developed using lED operated laser remote, lED and Bluetooth. The lED remote is connected to a computer using Bluetooth. Then the other lED is held by the finger to control touch operations. Yash operates his ordinary computer through a simple touch of his finger on the screen by this method.
