SDM Mhow Akshat Jain has given a loud and clear message to the land mafias, mostly who are active in Mhow tehsil, which is the largest tehsil of Indore district spread in around 1600 square kilometres and most of the land in Mhow is cultivable.
SDM Akshat Jain said that the administration is also firm to recover the diversion tax,which is in crores, pending on all the colonizers and if they fail to deposit it, their land will be auctioned in open market.
The administration will also see the development done by the colonizers for the residents and if it is incomplete their mortgaged plot will be sold and development will be done in time bound action.
Most of the colonizers are from Indore and they come to Mhow and sell plots to the common man without complete development and again run to Indore and later on the people could not contact their colonizers.
Such colonizers will be booked under crpc act 133 and 144 and will be sent to jail. Also, as Mhow is a cantonment area so many serving and retired military personnel have purchased the land and plot in Mhow and they are also cheated by the colonizers and most of the time they are posted in border areas hence they could not track the colonizer hence we are also starting a special camp titled Jai Javan Jai Kisan and paying respect to soldiers on the Amrit Mahotsav celebrations and resolve the problems of all the military personnel in time bound action period.
Besides this the city buses will also be started from Indore to Mhow which runs under AICTSL.
