A meeting of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) State office bearers, parliamentarians, legislators, district presidents and elected office bearers of civic bodies was held here on Tuesday at party’s State headquarters Pundit Deendayal Upadhyaya campus.

BJP national vice-president and Madhya Pradesh in-charge for party organisation Vinay Sahasrabuddhe while addressing the meeting said, “The Union Government would observe countrywide MUDRA (Micro Units Development & Refinance Agency limited) Bank scheme week from September 25 to October 2. Under this scheme 51,000 families from the State would be benefitted.”

Sahasrabuddhe further said that under the MUDRA bank scheme camps would be held in districts in which loan would be provided in easy and sample way to that common man for whom it is not easy to reach the banks in normal conditions.

He said that the BJP workers would actively participate in this drive to prove that Government and the party are working for welfares of people  After the nationalisation of banks the Congress politicised the loan fairs and used these fairs only for the vote bank, he alleged. The loans were disbursed like free thing and that is why they were neither repaid nor their timely utility could be made, he added.

The senior BJP leader said that the MUDRA Bank scheme has been formulated with sanctified aim so that deprived classes could get benefits of banking and they could start business with support of loan.

Union Minister for Steel and Mines Narendra Singh Tomar in his address said, “People’s expectations with the Government have increased after the formation of BJP governments in the State and Centre and we have to meet the expectations of the people.”

Tomar said that after the popularity of Atal Behari Vajpayee as the Prime Minister in public domain the popularity and acceptance of Narendra Modi as Prime Minister is also unmatched.

Earlier, the BJP state president and MP Nandkumar Singh Chouhan welcomed the guests.
