A decision regarding cancelling recognition of Sagar Public School (SPS), Rohit Nagar of Bhopal has been taken on the charge of sacking a teacher without any reason. Besides, the teachers were not even paid salaries. On this proposal by JD, the State government would take final decision. The management also has right to appeal against it.
The teacher had complained to the school education department along with the CM helpline. After investigation, Divisional Joint Director (JD) Rajiv Tomar has issued orders to this effect. Many parents had also complained against the school management for charging high fees. This also became the reason for the cancellation of recognition. However, Sagar Public School management said that till now it has not received any order from JD Office or School Education Department.
On this, manager Utkarsh Bhavsar appeared on behalf of the school, said that the academic work of teacher Nitish Vishwas during his education period was not favorable to the institution. His behavior with co-workers was not good. One month's notice was given by the organization management as per the service recruitment rules. In the documents of the school management, the teacher has been paid the salary till December 2021. Only one month's salary is pending. The JD directed the institution principal to present the copy of the salary payment to the office after paying the teacher's salary for the first month of January 2022 and February 2022, on April 26, 2022. To which the manager Bhavsar agreed. Nitish again complained on May 10. He said that he has not been paid the salary yet.
On this, JD Rajiv Tomar had given the last chance to the school management to pay the salary till May 12. Even after giving the last opportunity, the school management did not pay the salary. Regarding which JD issued orders to cancel the recognition. Recognition is made void due to non-compliance of the order even after giving the last chance.
