Imbibe, Inspire & Innovate Training cell of Sagar Public School conducted three-day professional training Development programme for its faculty members at its Rohit Nagar Campus.
The training programme was attended by over 600 faculty members of Sagar Public School- Katara Extension, Ratibad, Rohit Nagar, Gandhi Nagar and Saket Nagar branches. The programme was inaugurated by Chairman, Sagar Group, Sudhir Kumar Agrawal in presence of Managing Director, Sagar Group, Siddharth Sudhir Agrawal, Director, Sagar Group, Shubhi Agrawal, Director HR, Sagar Group, KK Dubey, Director, Sagar Public Schools, Jaishree Kanwar, Principal, Sagar Public School, Saket Nagar, Pankaj Sharma, Principal, Sagar Public School, Rohit Nagar, Madhubala Chauhan and Principal, Sagar Public School, Gandhi Nagar, Alpa Prabhu and was convened by Mridu Prakash Saxena.
The training was aimed at augmented teaching skills amongst faculty members and witnessed various sessions. Chairman, Shri Sudhir Kumar Agrawal welcomed all the faculty members and guided them to create a knowledge pool bank with sharing of best practices. Siddharth Sudhir Agrawal in his address shared the importance and insights on role of technology and its adaptation to be the technology oriented teachers. Pankaj Sharma guided the faculty members on various philosophies of education with learning approaches in current context.
The second day of the training programme witnessed effective classroom teaching session which included conduct, connect and covenant aspects on increasing grasping power, developing competitiveness etc from Madhubala Chauhan followed by session on innovative and creative teaching methods and processes by Arti Khillan.
