A 40-year-old woman died while her husband and brother escaped with injuries after her scooter was hit by a speeding car near Bagh Sewania on Saturday. Police said three injured including a woman were rushed to Narmada hospital where woman was declared dead while men escaped with injuries. After the preliminary investigation police have registered a case under section 304 A of the IPC and have started search of the accused. The deceased was identified as Tirona Bai and was on her way to meet her daughter in Bagh Mughalia along with her husband Rama Patil and brother Sanjay. During the investigation police found that their car was hit by a car bearing registration number MP04CS7308. The errant driver took the deceased to Narmada hospital and later escaped and is still at large. The condition of the injured is stable said the police. Meanwhile, Nishatpura police have booked a person for abetment to suicide of a 28-year-old man at Dewki Nagar; deceased consumed poisonous substance on Friday. The deceased Sohan Singh died while undergoing treatment at Bansal hospital on Saturday. Police said that during the investigation a suicide note was found in which the deceased has mentioned that Kuldeep who works at tyre shop used to harass him and demanded money. Frustrated over his harassment he is taking the extreme step. The police have registered a case under Section 306 of the IPC against the accused and have started further investigation.
