Assembly Speaker Sitasaran Sharma and Minister for Animal Husbandry Antar Singh Arya dedicated newly constructed modern animal feed plant at Kiratpur Itarsi on Monday. Sharma was the chief guest at the programme held under the chairmanship of Antar Singh Arya. Former Minister Shri Sartaj Singh was also present on the occasion.
Modernized plant built at the cost of Rs 23 crore under the ‘Make in Madhya Pradesh’ policy is fully automatic. Animal feed production of 150 metric tonne per day is being obtained at present. The production will be increased to 200 metric tonne per day.
It may be mentioned that after setting up this plant, a total of 850 metric tonne capacity of animal feed production has been developed in the state. The first ever animal feed plant of Narmadapuram division has been manufactured by the company of Indore within the stipulated time. Managing Director HBS Bhadoria informed about the plant. Prominent citizens and public representatives were present on the occasion.
