Speaker of Madhya Pradesh Vidhansabha Girish Gautam attended the first provincial session of the Advocates Council of Madhya Bharat Province in Morena on Saturday-2023 as the chief guest.
The program was attended by Prashant Singh, Advocate General of High Court and Advocates of High Court and District Court.
In this conference there was a discussion on 'Changing Dimensions of Indian Justice System in Amat Kaal'.
Highlighting the pending cases of the Judiciary and the role of the court and the responsibility of the advocate, the prominent person in this dialogue said that what is the purpose of the formation of the Advocate Council, we all should think about it. These organizations are working to take care of the interests of the advocates.
Gautam said that today more than 6.88 crore cases are pending in the courts in the country. It has been seen many times that four generations end up fighting court cases. Delayed justice does not remain justice. Therefore, it should also be ensured during Amrit Kaal that the pendency of court cases ends and the victims get timely justice from the courts.
Gautam said that the decision of the Ram temple was made keeping in mind the sentiments. This is what should happen. There should be justice, not judgement. That's why it should be said that justice has been done in the case of Ram Mandir.
He said that gradually we are forgetting our culture, this has adversely affected our social system and discrepancies have come to the fore. Earlier Panch was considered as God. The person sitting on the post of Panch used to do justice by leaving his own stranger, but today this idea has ended. This should be seriously thought about.
