Harassed over lewd comments, a 20-year-old youth lodged complaint of sodomony by three for a period of four years; Nazeerabad police have registered case and started investigation into the matter.
Police said the victim was sodomised when he was minor and used to remain in Nazeerabad area. The three accused were identified as Imratlal Gurjar, Surjan Singh and Laxman Singh.
The victim who returned Nazeerbad after the college were shut in the lockdown was harassed by the accused who used to pass lewd comment over the heinous act they committed in the past with the victim.
Depressed over the harassment victim lodged complaint with the Nazeerabad police stating that when he was school going boy in the year 2015 accused sodomised him and threatened him, the three did the act till the year 2019 and later he came to Bhopal after clearing class 12 and pursuing college studies. After the lockdown was imposed victim returned Nazeerabad where accused used to tease him and annoyed over the teasing victim lodged complaint with the police.
Based on the complaint after the preliminary investigation the police have registered a case under section 377 of the IPC and sections 3 and 4 of the Protection of Children against Sexual Offence Act 2012 and have started further investigation.
