Sagar Manufacturers Pvt Ltd (SMPL) and Sagar Nutriments Pvt Ltd (SNPL) have pledged to produce superior quality yarns, knitted fabric and rice with world-class production technology.
To connect with the communities, employees of SMPL and SNPL organised a blood donation camp at its campus to mark Chairman Sudhir Kumar Agrawal Birthday. The camp was organized in association with Indian Red Cross Society. Employees of SMPL and SNPL volunteered to donate blood and contributed 53 units of blood.
All participating donors were awarded refreshment, certificates of appreciation and blood-donor’s card for their noble contribution to society. Blood collected from the camp will be provided to needy patients who come for treatment at the hospital.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr OP Shrivastava, Executive Director, Blood Bank & Pathology Laboratory of Indian Red Cross Society said, “We are thankful to the entire team of Sagar Manufacturers Pvt Ltd and Sagar Nutriments Pvt Ltd who have contributed in this noble cause to make the blood donation camp a huge success. The units of SMPL and SNPL have set an example to other units in the location to organize such camps which can save lives of citizens.”
