An awareness programme is being organised in BHEl, Bhopal to enhance the skill of the employees, under the leadership of AMV Yugandhar, Executive Director BHEl, Bhopal.
The steps include skill development of the employees, cleaning of work place and increase in quality of products. A General Manager level officer will educate all the employees about the process, current business challenges and competition which BHEl is facing.
In this direction TG Chouragade, General Manager, WE, CS &HR since November month has been giving lectures on various topics to all the executives. Work effectiveness, planning, improvement in services of service department, productivity and other important topics were discussed during the session which was attended by a large number of executives.
Chouragade in his address said that looking at the present situations; one has to go for smart work. The need of the hour is that due to any reason man hours in the factory must not be wasted. Keeping in view the reasons, executives were given lectures on different topics of management.
Meanwhile, as a part of the ongoing Swachh Bharat Abhiyan in BHEl, a massive cleaning drive was carried out under the leadership of TG Chouragade, General Manager, WE, CS &HR from Prerena Bhawan to Canteen no; 1 area inside the factory. The cleaning drive is going on for the last few months as per the instruction of AMV Yugandhar, Executive Director BHEl, Bhopal. Every Saturday, post lunch the activity is being done.
