Under special campaign conducted against liquor smugglers under the direction of senior officers, NSA cases against 6 habitual liquor smugglers including 5 accused of Police Piplani and 1 accused of Police Station Jehangirabad has been taken by District Magistrate of Bhopal.
The District Magistrate Bhopal has passed the order of NSA on Saturday against 6 accused. All the accused, have been arrested and sent under judicial custody.
All the accused have been booked for transporting and selling liquor. Apart from been booked for liquor smuggling these accused have also been booked for other crimes.
The accused identified as Gaurishankar Kathoria(37) of B Sector Piplani has been booked for 9 cases of liquor smuggling and for 2 other cases. Vinod Kushwaha (24) of Anand Nagar Piplani. Excise has been booked for 6 cases of liquor smuggling and for 4 other cases, Ramesh Kushwaha(42) of Piplani has been booked for 7 cases of liquor smuggling, Kishan Shakya (24) of Shivnagar has been booked for liquor smuggling Anand Nagar Piplani, 6 cases of Excise and two other cases, Dheeraj Sharma(27) of Gopal Nagar has been booked for 9 cases of liquor smuggling.
