A patient named Anokhi (name changed), a resident of Datia, came to Dr. Hemant Jain for chest pain and when this patient was examined, the patient's heart was not on the left side but on the right side. This thing was proved even after doing ECG of the patient.
After an ultrasound of the patient was done by Dr. Gurha, in which the patient's liver (liver) which is on the right side in a normal person, was found on the left side and spleen (spleen) which is on the left side, was found on the right side.
Although the patient is leading a very normal life. , But Nokhi's case is one in thousands. Because according to the books of medical science, this is found in one case out of ten thousand to fifteen thousand people.
The condition is called Situs inversus and the right and left side of the heart is called Dextrocardia.
This is probably the first case in Datia which has been discovered by Dr. Hemant Jain with the help of Dr. AK Gurha.
