Sagar Group’s Sagar Institute of Science and Technology Mechanical Engineering Department organized Next Gen e-Vehicle Expo at its Gandhi Nagar campus. The expo witnessed presence of over 150 engineering aspirants learning the journey cycle of automotive industry showcasing of next gen e-vehicles build and created by the SISTec students.
The expo provided exposure to upcoming technologies in E-Vehicles with test drives. The passionate automobile students attended the expo across the state. Students visiting the expo participated in test drives of vehicles and enjoyed by participating in Quiz Competition to win exciting prizes. Each student visiting the campus is awarded with certification of participation and got the opportunity to connect with Prof Sanjay Chhalotre, Mentor of Change, Niti Aayog, Govt of India and Expert Trainer of SSB Officers on emerging career trends in the automobile sector.
The expo is being organized by SISTec Mechanical Engineering Department which organizes Nirmaan - a National Level Working Model Competition and conducts hands on industrial training with tailor made industry-oriented modules to excel and grasp the edge in skilling. This year, more than 33 companies visited the mechanical department campus drive with presence of automotive companies like AAPL, Epitome Components, SNDT Auto etc.
