A single window system has been introduced in all 51 districts of the State for giving all types of permissions to political parties and candidates during the lok Sabha elections under one roof.
The Election Commission has directed all district election officers and returning officers of constituencies to make single window system effective. Apart from permission for electioneering vehicles, single window cells are also giving permission mainly for use of non-commercial airports, helipads in remote areas and loudspeakers in rallies and public meetings.
