OP Shukla, former Officer on Special Duty (OSD) of ex-Minister laxmikant Sharma was sent back to jail after medical examination here on Wednesday by the Hamidia Hospital administration as he was not suffering from any serious ailment.
Shukla had on Wednesday morning complained of chest pain to the jail authorities and subsequently he was immediately sent to the Hamidia Hospital. The doctors at Hamidia Hospital soon after examining him found that he was not suffering from any serious ailment and that he does not need any such treatment for which he should be hospitalised and sent him back to the jail. Sources said that it was an attempt by Shukla to get bail on medical grounds but he failed on the primary level.
