Energy, New and Renewable Energy and Public Relations Minister Rajendra Shukla met Union Surface Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari in New Delhi on Wednesday and urged him for early sanction to convert Rewa-Jabalpur National Highways to 4-lane.
Shukla also urged Gadkari regarding Satna to Singrauli 4-lane road and Rewa-Sidhi Road. Construction of these roads will turn out to be a milestone in Vindhya region's development. The Public Relations Minister also urged for construction of quadrangular road for development of Mahakaushal and Vindhya regions. He said that this will intensify development and economic growth of both Mahakaushal and Vindhya regions.
Rajendra Shukla urged the Union Minister Gadkari for completion of all formalities for sanction of Rewa-Jabalpur 4-lane by the year-end so that its construction can be started from next year. Shukla urged for giving all Central sanctions for it. Union Surface Transport Minister Gadkari gave a patient hearing to Public Relations Minister Shukla, reacted positively and assured for early decisions.
