Sheetal Group is going to launch the largest residential complex of Mandideep in a three-day fair going to start from Saturday. The Group is launching Sheetal mega heights covered campus colony of 500 flats with a unique offer. It is giving an option of easy payment system to the customers according to which citizens will have to give monthly installments of Rs 10,000 for a period of five years.
Sheetal Group Chairman and Managing Director Manoj Pradhan informed that the his group is not taking any interest from the customers under the offer and providing possession of the flats within 30 months of booking. One Bedroom-Hall-Kitchen (BHK) and two BHK flats will be constructed in the colony which will cost Rs 7.99 lakh and Rs 10.99 lakh onwards respectively.
The special payment offer for purchasing flats in Sheetal Mega Heights is only available in the fair only.
Group’s Managing Director Anil Jain said that Sheetal group is developing residential colonies over 150 acres of land in Bhopal and Mandideep. Booking of other projects of Sheetal group have almost completed except for few remaining flats, bungalows and shops. In the projects flats are available for Rs 9.51 laqkh, plots for Rs 3.21 lakh and independent bungalows from Rs 12.11 to Rs 33.51 lakh respectively.
Sheetal Group Director Anubhav Sogani said that Sheetal group is also developing a covered campus colony in front of Best Price wholesale store on Hoshangabad road in which two and three BHK flats are available from Rs 18.1 to Rs 24.99 only.
