Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the launch of Hindi medium books for the first year of medical course is a programme to establish Hindi and develop self-confidence. This is not a medical but a language programme. Union Home Minister Amit Shah will usher in a new era by introducing medical education in Hindi.
Work actively to make this world's most wonderful and unique programme. Chouhan was reviewing at his residence office the preparations for the inauguration of medical course in Hindi medium at Lal Parade Ground, Bhopal on October 16.
Medical Education Minister Vishwas Sarang, Chief Secretary Shri Iqbal Singh Bains, Additional Chief Secretary Shri Mohammad Suleman and other officers were present.
Chouhan said to spread message of rooting out the mindset of reliability on English language. Chouhan said that a social revolution is arising in Madhya Pradesh. Medical education is starting in Hindi. This is a programme to break the shackles of English language.
The Chief Minister said that the departments of Medical Education, Technical Education, AYUSH, Higher Education and School Education should collaborate to make this programme memorable. Arrangement of buses should be ensured to bring children from various places to Bhopal. He directed to organise an exhibition related to the achievements of the department at the venue. The CM said that live broadcast should be shown by inviting children in all colleges. He said that a campaign should be launched on social media in the entire state. Tweet about it. Live telecast should be made from social media.
Chouhan said to spread awareness regarding medical education through Hindi medium. Through other activities also, the basic spirit of development of higher education curriculum through Hindi medium should be conveyed to the people. It was informed that participation of more than 39 thousand students of medical education, technical education, higher education, school education and AYUSH departments is expected in the programme.
