Shahpura police have booked seven people who created ruckus and damaged vehicles at Indra Nagar EWS multi storey building on Sunday; accused came to settle score of two day old fight between accused and victim.
Police said that Shubham Chouhan had a fight with Vishal alias Batthar two days ago and to settle score accused came with around a half dozen miscreants and created ruckus.
The accused abused and asked victim to come out of house and when victim remained inside house, they torched over dozen vehicles and assaulted people near the house. According to the police, Vishal along with Suraj, Vicky Gaur, Akhshay, Sanju, Rahul, Paras and others came to victim’s house.
After the incident accused escaped the spot. Victim reached police and started search for the accused who are still absconding.
Police have registered a case under section 307 and 34 of the IPC Vishal,Suraj, Vicky Gaur, Akhshay, Sanju, Rahul, Paras. The police have registered a case under section 307 of the IPC on the persons in both the groups and have started further investigation.
Meanwhile, a 34-year-old man was attacked with sharp-edged weapon after a petty fight over parking issue at Dudhi Mohalla unde Parwalia Sadak police station area on Sunday.
According to the police, the victim Brijesh Ahirwar was attacked by Hridesh Ahirwar after they had a fight over parking vehicle.
After the preliminary investigation the police have registered a case under section 307 of the IPC and have started further investigation.
