A seminar under the Swami Vivekanand Career Guidance Cell was held on Friday. The seminar was held at the Government Science and Commerce College, Benazir, Bhopal.
The day long seminar was organised jointly by the OSMO Foundation and Society for Cyber Ethics (SACE), Bhopal. The seminar was conducted on ‘Cybe Crime or Security: Awareness and Ethics’. In the seminar about 80 students presented their participation. Cyber Security Expert in the workshop Akshay Bajpai and Atul Pathak gave students awareness about cyber security.
According to Cyber Security Expert Akshay Bajpai, considering the growing issues of Cyber Harassment and Cyber Bulling (Harassment) that are currently underway, students are required to keep their personal information safe because people usually share their full personal information with their peers and do not even keep their passwords safe. The cases of cyber-persecution are more appaling in the case of the girls, who are hesitant to complain and continue to face this harassment.
