SDM stops illegal construction of over 150 flats

SDM Mhow Shyamendra Jaiswal raided the illegal colony and stopped the construction of more than 150 flats coming up on 0.700 hectare land in Mhowgaon Nagar Panchayat area. The colony was being developed by Dr Subhash son of Harischandra Batham (solanki) resident of 156, Sanghi Street Mhow. The colony was being developed on Khasra no 681/2, 680/2/1 a total area of 0.700 hectare land which is situated at Gaikwad square behind the petrol pump. 

The illegal colony came into notice of SDM during the routine site checking of lands by the revenue officials. SDM Shyamendra Jaiswal enquired about this colony from Mhowgaon Nagar Panchayat CMO Ajay Singh Chouhan of construction work going on in this colony without Government permission.
