Public notice has been issued by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Berasia Rajiv Nandan Shrivastava and investigative officers to conduct an inquiry in the incident of SIMI terrorists escaping from Bhopal Central Jail on the midnight of October 30-31 after killing a jail guard and killing of the terrorists by police personnel in return fire.
Evidences have been asked from the people who have witnessed regarding the incident within the next 15 days by the investigative officer through public notice.
Points of enquiry include were all the 8 SIMI terrorists escaped from the JailIJ When did police receive information regarding escape of all the 8 SIMI terrorists and what efforts were made by police to arrest themIJ What was the situation of firing and attackIJ Is proper force was used by the policeIJ What was the role of local citizens during the complete incidentIJ Was live arrest of all the 8 SIMI terrorists escaped from the Bhopal Central Jail not possibleIJ
No recurrence of such incident in future, suggestions and other points viewed during the investigation.
In context to the above mentioned points for enquiry, any person who wishes to provide evidence/documents/statement/photo/audio/video/clipping can produce these material to the office of Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) court, Berasia within 15 days.
Beside this, these material can also be presented to the Investigative Officer at the Office of the Gram Panchayat village Khejdadev, Tahsil Huzur, District Bhopal from November 28 to December 3, 2016 between 12.00 noon and 4.00 p.m.
