Scribe to be awarded in Delhi today

Special Correspondent of India Press Agency Raju Kumar will be conferred with Rich lily Media Award on Monday. Notably to observe the World TB Day, Raju Kumar will be felicitated with Rich lily MDR TB Partnership Media, ‘Media Award’ at New Delhi. He will be awarded by Minister of Health JP Nadda. Moreover, the Chennai-based voluntary organisation ‘Rich’ working for TB will felicitate four journalists under this programme in which Raju Kumar will also be awarded.

Hailing from Bhopal, Raju Kumar is selected for his special story on TB Jhadphoonk Se Nahi, Dawaiyo Se Mitega TB, which was published in 2014. Other than, Raju Kumar, journalists like Gunjan Sharma, Chief Correspondent, The Week, New Delhi; Priyanka Vora, Chief Correspondent, Hindustan Times, Mumbai and C Sajil, Sub Editor, Matrbhoomi Arogya monthly, Kerala will also be awarded. On the occasion, Director of Rich Nalini Krishan, Vice Chairperson of lily Nabil, officials of health department, doctors, researchers, and social activists will be present.
