Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) State Chief Spokesperson Deepak Vijayvargiya has said that the statement of former Congress Central Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia is a trick to gain cheap popularity among the Government employees.
Congress has ruled Centre and States for more than five decades but the party never respected the soldiers. The party did not even implement the ‘one rank one pension’ demand of the soldiers for long.
‘One rank one pension’ has been implemented in the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The amount of respect provided by the NDA Government in the leadership of former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee to the soldiers was never provided by the Congress, Vijayvargiya added.
Vijayvargiya further said that the Union Government has approved the recommendations and provided all the benefits of the seventh pay commission to the Government employees.
The benefit has been disbursed and arrears are also paid to the employees due to this the market is upbeat.
The Government has provided 400 per cent service benefits and salary hikes to the employees of the State Government in recent past. Congress had never imagined this salary hike. Vijayvargiya added that during his tenure as Chief Minister Digvijay Singh had declared that he did not require support of Government employees as they do not play any role in forming the Government.
The Congress party will never succeed in damaging the relations of the employees and BJP. Former Minister Scindia should not get his dignity damaged by doing these cheap tricks, he added.
