The star cast of the longest running show on Colors ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ was in Bhopal for the promotional activity on Sunday. Artists Sarah Khan and Manish Raisinghan were here in Bhopal on Sunday to talk about their show.
While in a candid talk with the media persons, ““SasuralSimarKa has been a remarkable experience for me. My journey on the show has helped me grow phenomenally not only as an actor but also a person.”
Speaking about his visit to Bhopal, Siddhanth aka Manish Raisinghan said, “Being in Bhopal and interacting with fans here has been an overwhelming yet humbling experience. I would love to visit Bhopal again and enjoy the various cultural delights that the city has to offer.”
On being a part of the show, Maya aka Sara Khan said, “Bhopal is my hometown and each time I come here, I realize that I miss it even more! SSK is an extremely popular show and my role in it is very unique as well as challenging, and I have tried my best to do justice to the role. The show’s viewers are like an extended family for us as they partake in the tumultuous journey of the characters and support us unflinchingly.”
The show ‘Sasural Simar ka’ has undergone drastic twists and turns bringing about a change in the lives of Simar and her family over a period of five years. Completing 1000 episodes Sasural Simar Ka has created a permanent place in the hearts of the audience.
As the show continues to enthrall viewers while spreading the message of love and togetherness within the society at large, the actress added.

The former Miss Bhopal and now a television actress Sarah Khan has always been known for her controversies in the industry. More often she has been a part of gossips through the reality shows. On being asked about the so-called ‘Bad Time’ she faced since Bidaai till now, she denied talking about it and keeps her lips zip-lock. She said, “I am not here to discuss my personal life but to discuss about SSK. What happened is my personal life and is past.”
