Sanskriti University, Noida organized a three-day national conference focusing on the vision of Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay to make India Atma Nirbhar. The conference was inaugurated by Arun Singh, National General Secretary and MP of the Bharatiya Janata Party.
Inaugurating the conference, BJP MP, Arun Singh said that the Indian economy is rapidly moving towards self-reliance whose foundation was laid by Pt Deendayal Upadhyay and today India is progressing rapidly towards his vision of Antyodaya. His philosophy was that the nation's economy ought to be compatible with its population and physical location.The three-day national conference also included a technical session where research papers on women's empowerment, independence, and decision-making capacity were thoroughly discussed.
During the conference, a deep discussion on Pt Deendayal Upadhyay's Integral Humanism and the relevance of his teachings today was also held.At the conference's closing ceremony, Governor of Uttar Pradesh Anandiben Patel encouraged the female students to develop self-reliance and to take the initiative to improve the lives of those in need and poverty in their communities.
Speaking on Pt. Deendayal's beliefs, she said, "it is essential to ensure that every poor person receives the advantages of public welfare programmes so that India can have a distinctive character abroad.” Furthermore, she said that India has strengthened the foundation of its self-reliance in the global pandemic. India has played a humanitarian role on a large scale by sending vaccines to many countries of the world and today India is moving rapidly towards self-reliance in medical as well as technology.

Satish Kumar, National President (Swadeshi Jagran Manch), Laxmi Narayan Chaudhary, Cabinet Minister (UP Govt.), Indian Economic Association President Professor Adya Prasad Pandey, Acting Coach Prakash Bhardwaj, Kapil Kumar (Actor,Writer and Journalist), Mahotsav Committee President Ashok Tent Wala, Kamal Kaushik, Dr. Ratanlal, Vice President of Ram Janmabhoomi Memorial Committee were also present at the event.
