In order to achieve the concept of healthy, prosperous and happy Bharat, the Sanchi University of Buddhist-Indic Studies through its Centre of Integrated Healing is trying to synergetically converge all the healing models on conceptual grounds.
The eminent scholars of various healing modules from all parts of the country shall grace the occasion from April25-27. The inaugural function will take place on April 25 at 10.30am.
Through this workshop, the researchers would indulge in the process of intense discussion and debate to find out the philosophy of genesis of disease, philosophy of treatment and philosophy of instrument of healing. With the help of inputs received during the workshop, an algorithm would be build up, which could be acceptable to all healing models. Integrated Healing has the potential to emerge as the USP and specialty of the University.
In the larger part of the world especially India and eastern countries, the healing model based on philosophy and tradition has always been there. These healing models based on environment and local resources been largely exercised.
The main objective of the Workshop on Integrated Healing is to evolve a comprehensive and compassionate health care system offering seamless synergetic integration of effective complementary and conventional approaches to promote natural module of holistic healing. With the experience and knowledge of the esteemed dignitaries, we hope to develop a common understanding of all pharmacological and non-pharmacological healing systems about the philosophy of genesis of disease, philosophy of treatment and philosophy of instrument of healing.
