Mahamandleshwar of Kinnar Akhada laxminarayan Tripathi here on Sunday said every saint in the society be it Ram Rahim, Asharam or Rampal or for that matter they are from any religion must be in their limits and should not instigate any violence as we saw in Haryana where the disciples of Ram Rahim following arrest of their guru, took law into their hands and unleashed unprecedented violence.
Tripathi who was here to attend a function today, said that when Kanchi Shankarachary was sent to jail, there was no case of violence by his disciples. It does not augur well for a saint to indulge himself in such misdeeds and their followers go berserk and indulge themselves in arson when their guru is held guilty for any crime, she said adding that all the followers must understand that whomsoever they have chosen as their gurus is to guide them to tread the right path of "karma" and as such they are not following their gurus to be an accomplish in their wrong deeds.
Tripathi said if the gurus are following right paths, they should have courage to get themselves out of their problems and crisis and they need not require support of their followers. She said both the society and the followers will have to understand that no one is above the Constitution. If I commit any mistake and go to jail for any wrong work, I shall ask my followers to live their lives and do not disturb and trouble others.
