The newly-appointed Principal Secretary of the Vidhan Sabha, AP Singh in his address said that result-oriented legislature working is an essence of ideal democratic system which can give it a healthy form.
He was addressing the Assembly Secretariat employees at a function on Friday. He further said that to make the working of the Vidhan Sabha stronger and transparent excellent result oriented legislature work culture must be developed.
Singh thanked Speaker of State Assembly Sitasaran Sharma and said that as Principal Secretary, the responsibilities given to him (Singh) can only be completed with the cooperation of the officers and employees of the Vidhan Sabha. He also said that to establish the traditions of parliamentary works he would win the trust of the Speaker of State Assembly.
Singh said that he is expecting coordination and cooperation from the officers and employees and to execute legislature works one must present supreme ideology so that the Vidhan Sabha can be known as highest legislature working organization.
Newly appointed Minister Rustam Singh, former Minister laxminarayan Gupta, legislature Ramlallu Vaishy, Pushpendranath Pathak and Mukesh Singh Chaturvedi met AP Singh and congratulated him. Singh was given a warm welcome by the officers and employees of the Vidhan Sabha.
