The play begins with the story ‘Raspriya’. It is the story of a character Mridangiya, who loves the daughter of his guru from whom he takes training of Mridang player. But he leaves her as some misunderstanding occured between them.

As the years passed by, he started forgetting about things and her. Suddenly, he meets a child name Mohan and gets attracted by his innocence. The genre of this play was a love story as well as an emotional one. Raspriya is also a singing folk style of Mithila, Bhiar, which is now began to extinct due to urbanisation.  Renu tried to depict such type of styles which connects to mass and life. Everyone becomes happy to see patomax and began to call it punchlight. But problem arises whn it is discovered that no one knows how to use it. Only Gulari Kaki knows that godhan knows to operated it, who was later boycotted by villager. She does so because he sings songs for her daughter Munri to whom he love. But, at the end of play, they have to call Godhan for lighting punchlight. The play concluded with the story ‘Jadauo Mukhda’.

This was another comedy story which narrates the tale of a professor and his family who is worried about the black mole on the cheek of her daughter. They try hard to remove it but finally drops the idea when they realise that it’s a natural and she looks beautiful with it too. The stories were staged splendidly and the artistes performances grabbed much applause of the audience.
