Sidhharrth S Kumaar says mental health takes women to unique challenges in their routine lives and quite often gets ignored as well. Throughout life, a woman's body and mind keep changing due to pressure for adopting new rules and perceptions. Women's bodies force them to face new transitions like; puberty, pregnancy, menopause, and childbirth and train them to fit into their present circumstances.

As per a retrospective study at NumroVani among 5000 women in India, 70% of them do not consider their mental wellbeing as priority for them and often ignore initial few symptoms of same.

Tips for Mental Wellbeing-

A woman needs to keep a balance between positive and negative feelings. If she passes through a bad phase, she should understand and feel the stress to overcome trying times. It will help her to respond positively. She should not let emotion take over her mind and body. The best way to balance good and destructive emotions is to stop thinking about the wrong things that happened in the past.

You should thank God for her bliss that she gifted you a wonderful life and all the good things you had in the past, you have in the present, and you will have in the coming days.

Our minds always bridge gaps between the physical and mental stages. So, a woman should take care of her physical, emotional and mental health.
