The music band that made every young heart believes in love with their first song ‘Ankho Mein’, ‘The Aryans’ is still unforgettable and are still alive in the hearts of music aficionados. Maintaining the same charm among the music lovers, the founder member of the band Sadu is out with his second single ‘Mohabbat Mein’, which will be officially released here on September 20.
In a candid rendezvous with The Pioneer, Sadu expressed his opinion about the rock music getting popular these days saying, “It is nothing, but the only thing is that the ‘real’ music is losing its ‘soul’ and when a creation is presented without its essence, its soul then no matter how much you praise it, it will never make a place in your heart.”
Elaborating more about it, Sadu said, “The music getting popular these days is actually senseless in terms of lyrics, composition and in every bit. Such music will not satisfy the listener in any way.”
As the composer and lyricist of the blockbluster tracks including ‘Dekha Hai Teri Ankho Ko’, ‘Ye Hawa’ while talking about his new single says, “Today’s generation is not really aware about what the mild and calm music is all about and through my new album which is a Ghazal Rock Couplet I want to make these youngsters realise that there is more life to music other than senseless compositions which being appreciated.”
Adding more to his statement, Sadu said, “Composers and lyricists like Jagjit Singh, Ghulam Ali, Mehdi Hassan are the legends of music industry. These people had made the music industry experience the core of music and to keep their efforts alive I have composed this album, but for youngsters especially.”
The new single by Sadu, Mohabbat Mein is the love song. The mild and soft composition narrates the tragic story of two lovers meeting and departing. Scripted, composed and directed by Sadu, this song Mohabbat Mein is the qalam by Jigar Muradabadi. The music has been designed with the aim to impress the youngsters. With the fast pace trend of rap, hipop and heavy metal scores of music this couplet tends to give peace to mind as a stress buster.
“I have made some manipulations with the presentation and rrangement of the music so that the youngsters could actually enjoy the qalam presented in the form of ghazal,” added Sadu.
As Sadu created this album especially for youngsters, it has already received an overwhelming response on YouTube. “I have been working on this track for past two years and having such a response I am overwhelmed and completely contended with the reaction,” Sadu says. Sadu has been known for his ghazal singing and live concerts for a long time. He has witnessed the changing trends in music industry, commenting over it Sadu signs off saying, “Well, music is a feeling connected with the soul, but the music being presented these days in Bollywood has ruined the taste of music appreciators. When this trend will be vanished, the real meaning of music and the place of individual performers will be regained in the industry.”
