Court has sent an offender of heinous crime to jail who was involved in captivating and sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl at Nazeerabad.
A case of rape of an 11-year-old girl by holding her hostage has was reported. The accused carried out the crime in his house. The accused's wife supported him.
The incident took place in the Nazeerabad area on Monday. The accused and the victim's family already knew each other.
Additional SP Neeraj Chaurasia said that the accused Vinay Singh Ahirwar reached the victim's house on Monday. His wife Poona Bai was with him. He told the girl that Poona Bai is unwell. Help him with the household chores. The girl came home with him where Vinay raped her by intimidating her.
The accused's wife also threatened the girl. She was kept hostage in the house the whole night. The victim reached her home on Tuesday morning. She told the family the entire incident. The family members took her to the police station and registered a case against the couple. The police immediately swung into action regarding the case. The accused were arrested from their house and produced in the Berasia court. From where both have been sent to jail.
