Referring to the incidents of rapes of innocent children in Indore, Mandsaur and Satna, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that these incidents are heart-rending and shakes a person from within. Those who commit such heinous acts, are demons. Such persons are not worth living on Earth. Such persons should be hanged to death. Without such a punishment, we cannot instill fear in them. In his statement, Chouhan on Tuesday said that often it is seen that such criminals are given death penalty in the lower courts. Then the case is referred to the upper courts and the process gets lengthy. Death penalty is delayed. He said that an appeal has been made in a letter to the Chief Justice of Supreme Court to form a fast track court for prompt hearing of such cases. He said that hearing should be ensured in high courts also through fast track courts so that such demons get death penalty as soon as possible.
