A 26-year-old married woman was sexually assaulted by a youth at Jahid Pipalia village under Sukhisewania police station area on July 20; a case of rape was registered by police on victim's complaint on Thursday.
According to the police, the victim lodged a complaint on Thursday regarding sexual assault by her minor neighbor.
In her complaint victim has stated that the accused Sunil Malviya came to her house at around 11.30 pm and sexually assaulted her.
The accused threatened her to keep mum feared victim informed the husband only after five days when she braved to report the atrocity.
The victim’s husband used to work in night shift and accused was aware of the fact.
The police have registered a case under section 376 and 506 of the IPC and have started further investigation into the matter.
Police said that the search for the accused has been started.
Meanwhile, a 24-year-old married woman was sexually assaulted by her a 24-year-old youth at Sai Baba Nagar under Habibganj police station area; a complaint was lodged by victim on Thursday.
According to the police, accused Sonu Choudhary sexually exploited the victim who came to Bhopal after having fight with her husband.
The accused offered her to marry and sexually exploited her and later refused to marry her.
The police have registered a case under section 376 and 506 of the IPC and started search for the accused who went absconding after the crime.
The accused has been booked earlier and details have been searched.
