Minister of State for Backward Class and Minority Welfare, Denotified Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic Tribe Welfare (Independent Charges), Women and Child Development lalita Yadav said that mess arrangements will be made soon in order to make proper meal arrangements in post-matric hostels.
Yadav was reviewing the departmental activities. Secretary Backward Class and Minority Welfare Ramesh Thete and Secretary Denotified, Nomadic, Semi Nomadic Tribe Sachin Sinha were present on the occasion.
lalita Tadav issued strict instructions for maintaining cleanliness in hostels and proper arrangements of other basic facilities. She instructed the officials to take a stern action against negligence in these works. Moreover, Smt. Yadav said that wells should be deepen with cooperation of MNREGA to make water arrangement in hostels which lacks water availability. She mentioned that payment of offline scholarship should be made after verification. Strict action will be taken against persons being found guilty of irregularities in this.
Mobile App for Denotified, Nomadic Tribe Soon Smt. lalita Yadav stated that a mobile app is being developed through NIC for survey work of Denotified, Nomadic, Semi Nomadic Tribe category.
These categories will be linked with the mainstream after collecting information. She directed the officials to write a letter to concerned district collectors for survey work and to ensure issuing cast certificates on priority after identifying these categories.
