leader of Opposition in the State Assembly Ajay Singh has alleged that the BJP Government has collected electricity bills from poor and farmers for 14 years and suddenly Government turned soft hearted by providing discounts in electricity bills which is aimed to garner votes.
He was addressing public meeting at Rehli after campaigning under sixth phase of Nyay Yatra in Garhakota in Sagar and said that every Congressmen has right to demand ticket to contest and in case anyone among them get chance others should help to win the contest. All Congressmen should keep in mind only one aim of forming Government of Congress.
Singh paid floral tributes to former Prime Minister Rajeev Gandhi’s picture and said that today is day to pledge as anti-democratic powers have started to rise and every Congressman had to make the people aware of the upcoming danger.
Even after three terms people have not been benefitted as BJP has sacrificed benefits of people for attaining their interest.
Recently Shivraj Singh lead Government has announced waiver of electricity bills of poor and withdrawal of cases filed against farmers which is aimed to claim victory in elections.
The BJP Government has harassed poor for the past 14 year forcing 20000 farmers to commit suicide and once again in the year of elections government is preparing to dodge poor.
Arjun Singh Government announced shelter, providing free ‘ek batti connection’ and free electricity for pumps of farmers and now in the year of election BJP came up with the same to garner support among these section fearing losing in the elections.
