With the Claims assistance program,Policybazaar is striving to serve its customers better through offline stores as well.
To supplement its digital presence, the company in July announced opening of their physical outlets with an aim to provide in-person Consumer engagement and services.
On the same, Sarbvir Singh, CEO, Policybazaar.com says, “These outlets will serve as experience centres for Consumers and provide them with the comfort of a local physical presence to help resolve any queries or service request. Policybazaar plans to follow a hub and spoke structure, wherein they will hire one regional manager for every five designated regions”.
